Formed in 2000, the band currently comprises around forty players of all ages and backgrounds.
We meet to rehearse every Tuesday evening throughout the year and perform several concerts, formal and informal each season.
Our repertoire changes yearly and includes classical works, music from stage and screen, pop music and traditional wind band favourites. We also offer special programmes for Christmas, Proms concerts and Remembrance Day.
We don’t ask new players to audition but we would suggest that you are able to perform at around a grade 4-5 standard.
